Position Overview
This coaching residency is designed for coaches who want to grow their practice while receiving support, structure, and access to clients. You will be able to focus on coaching while we provide the tools and environment to help you build.
Training & Compensation Structure
Probationary Phase
- Base Pay: $23.00(usd)-$30.00(usd) DOE
- Completing company required training (paid by company)
Post-Probationary Phase
- Compensation: Up to $4,500/month, based on sessions and client volume.
- Provide 1:1 coaching in your specific area of certification(s)
- Grow your client base within our system
- Maintain proper coaching session documentation per EHR system
- Remain HIPPA compliant at all times and only contact clients during the hours you set for yourself
- Ideal For: Certified emerging coaches who have no client base or are trying to build your client base, and for coaches who want support without managing everything alone
*RESIDENCY PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
-Residents earn up to $4,500(usd)/month.
-Program Fee: Because this is a supported residency (including training, supplies, systems, and client access), a flat monthly program fee of $1,200.00(usd) applies. This covers the following:
*Client referrals and booking support
*Client coordination and assigned clients after intake
*Use of space and platform
*Growth opportunities
*Ongoing mentorship and development
*24/7 access to the center with a private space provided for you
-Residency for Coaches is for 12 months long. Once completed you can continue to contract with us but are considered graduated from the program. Once graduated NO fee is due regardless of staying on as a contractor.
-Fee is due last Friday of every month starting the month AFTER you contract
-If you decide to leave the residency program before graduation, no money will be owed, but any property given during the program must be returned. *if you leave within the first 30 days 50 percent of your first residency fee will be owed
-Upon graduation the equipment provided for you is yours to keep except for any items that exceed $650.00(usd)
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
