Dark Horse Coffee Co. is looking for a reliable, energetic, and experienced full-time barista to join our growing mobile coffee business. We operate a high-quality coffee truck serving the Wellington community, local businesses, gym partnerships, and events.
This is more than just making coffee — we’re looking for someone who can help create a great customer experience, work independently, and represent the brand professionally.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable driving and operating a coffee truck/trailer
- Early morning availability required
- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet
- Experience with espresso machines, milk steaming, drink prep, and customer service
Nice to Have
- Specialty coffee experience
- Cash handling/POS experience
- Social media or content creation experience
- ServSafe certification
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, cold brew, teas, and specialty beverages
- Open/close and maintain cleanliness of the truck
- Manage inventory and restocking
- Drive to pop-ups, gyms, events, and scheduled locations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere

15-17$ per hour plus tips. Could go higher for right candidate.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
