Dario Diesel Truck Center a heavy and medium duty truck dealership in Worcester Massachusetts is now hiring a full-time Service Advisor. Qualified candidates must have a minimum 5 years of automotive, and or heavy duty and medium duty truck repair shop or dealership experience working as service advisor/writer. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, solid interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team environment and be able to multi-task and have working knowledge with CDK dealer operating system, and solid computer skills. 5-day work week Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering Incoming service calls, promptly and professionally
- Scheduling Appointments
- Greeting all walk-in customers promptly and provide timely professional service.
- listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking specific questions to identify the what’s occurring and under what conditions the issue/ issues are occurring on the customers vehicle.
- Opening repair orders,
- Work as an intermediator between service technicians and customers
- Looking up O.E.M warranty coverage's
- Provide repair estimates to service customers.
- Obtains the customer’s authorization to proceed with repairs.
- Keep customer updated on status of repairs.
- Documents repair order changes and update estimates.
- Notify customer of when repairs and completed,
- process payment transactions.
