Warehouse Loadout Operator - Vacation Relief - Temp Position

Darigold is seeking a skilled and motivated Loadout Warehouse Operator to be a part of Darigold’s Spokane Warehouse team. The Loadout Operator must possess the desire and ability to manage warehouse inventory as a Loadout Operator.

What You Will Do

• Shipping/Receiving
• Inventory Tracking and Reconciliation
• Organization of Storage Area
• Maintenance of Sanitation in the Work Area
• Inspecting, Quality Assurance
• Transferring of finished goods, packaging, materials, and ingredients
• Ensuring accurate and timely counts and reporting
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

• Must be able to read and follow directions from load sheets, schematics, and product labels; strong numerical ability.
• Safe operation of stand-up forklift and pallet jack.
• Safe load/unload of semi-trailers.
• Accurate and timely receiving and inventory management; use and tracking through scan guns, pallet tags, pick lists, packing slips, BOLs, computer entry into Oracle and Access Lot Tracking database.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while performing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Experience with forklifts and electric pallet jacks (certification preferred).
• Ability to meet warehouse performance standards, attendance, and punctuality expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a cool and refrigerated environment.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand and walk throughout entire shift
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds; occasionally lift heavier items with assistance or mechanical aids.
• Use of hands and arms to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanner guns.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist to access materials and equipment.
• Ability to safely maneuver around warehouse aisles and on loading docks.

Schedule

• Shifts vary depending upon need of business

Pay: $22.00 to $27.50 per hour
