Tuesday–Saturday 12pm–8pm (Saturday could be 9-5)

Sunday - Thursday - 12pm - 8pm (Sunday could be 9-5)

We’re looking for a Member Services Specialist who brings positive energy and great service to every shift. You’ll be the first face people see when they walk in - and the friendly voice on the phone when they call. Whether it’s helping someone sign up for a class, answering questions, or just brightening a member’s day, you make the Y experience unforgettable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting members, guests, and staff with a warm and welcoming manner
• Managing front desk operations and supporting your amazing team
• Handling registrations, memberships, payments, and other important tasks in our system
• Answering questions (in person or by phone) with professionalism and care
• Sharing information about programs, activities, and everything exciting happening at the Y
• Helping with audits, scheduling, and general admin duties to keep things running smoothly
• Supporting our mission and making sure every member has a great experience

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of customer service or office experience
• A team player who’s punctual, reliable, and thrives in a people-centered environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and open to learning new systems
• Friendly, professional, and excited to engage with a diverse community
• Available to work evenings and Saturdays or Sundays

Work Environment

• Indoor setting with moderate activity and noise
• Frequent, sitting, typing, reaching, and moving around the work environment engaged in occupational duties
• Occasional light lifting or moving (up to 20 lbs.)
