Schedule: Part-Time: Monday-Friday, 2:50pm - 6:30pm (Choose every day or the days that work best for you!)

What You'll Do:

As an After School Program Instructor, you’ll lead and inspire children ages 5–11 through exciting, age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and connection in a safe, supportive classroom setting. You’ll be a role model, a mentor, and a trusted guide during the best part of their day - after school!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and leading engaging, hands-on activities, games, and creative projects
• Encouraging social-emotional growth through group play and positive reinforcement
• Ensuring each child’s safety and well-being at all times
• Assisting with homework and supporting classroom learning
• Creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels seen and valued
• Communicating effectively with parents and team members
• Helping with classroom set-up and clean-up
• Attending staff trainings and team meetings to keep learning and growing

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (1 year in a classroom or childcare setting preferred)
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills - both with kids and adults
• A love for learning, laughter, and making a difference
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint screening
• Willingness to read stories aloud, lead activities, and actively participate in play
• Ability to supervise and engage children in both quiet and active settings
