Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to assist in various construction tasks at project sites. The General Laborer plays a vital support role in keeping jobsites safe, clean, and running smoothly by performing physical labor, handling materials, and supporting skilled tradesmen and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload construction materials and tools.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) with basic tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools as directed.
• Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades.
• Follow all safety procedures and site rules.
• Perform site cleanup and material organization on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to safety.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods during a regular 8 hour shift
• Occasionally required to stoop, bend, walk, crouch, and climb
• Must be able to frequently lift at least 25 lbs and carry up to 15 lbs
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to walk on uneven ground and work at heights
• Exposure to dust, dirt, grease, noise, and construction-related materials

Requirements – All Applicants Must Be:

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to pass a drug test
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Have reliable transportation to and from job sites
