Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Child Care Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, ensuring their safety, and supporting their developmental growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and engaging with children in a structured and caring environment
- Planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities that promote learning and creativity
- Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition and hygiene
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom and play area
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress
- Following all safety protocols and daycare regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Dependability and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children
- Ability to multitask and handle various childcare responsibilities
Prospective candidates MUST be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
