About the Role
Daredevil Business Consulting is looking for a Content and Email Specialist to join our growing team.
This position will support social media and email marketing for several clients. The role includes a mix of creating original content and managing content provided by clients.
Because we work with a variety of businesses and organizations, adaptability is key. You’ll need to write for different brands, audiences, industries, and personalities while maintaining an authentic voice for each client.
What You'll Do
- Create original social media content, including graphics, reels, captions, and other short-form content
- Write social media and email copy in a variety of brand voices
- Schedule and publish client-provided content
- Organize and manage client assets and content calendars
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Develop content ideas and contribute to client strategies
- Work with clients and the Daredevil team to gather information, assets, and approvals
- Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content
- Assist with occasional client events, photoshoots, content days, and other marketing needs
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating social media content for a business, organization, brand, or personal brand
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt your writing to different brand voices
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Canva
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp
- Comfortable creating short-form video content and working with basic video editing tools
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and projects
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable bringing new ideas to the table
- Able to switch between original content creation and executing client-provided content
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college coursework or degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred but not required.
This is a hybrid position that can be structured as part-time or full-time.
Training will take place in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Candidates must be able to commute to Eau Claire for training, in-person work, meetings, content creation, and client needs when required.
We offer scheduling flexibility, but candidates must have occasional Monday-Friday daytime availability. Occasional evenings and weekends may be needed based on client events and needs.
