About the Role:
Dardano's School of Gymnastics in Denver, CO is looking for energetic and passionate Gymnastics Instructors/Coaches to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
- Teach fundamental gymnastics skills using natural progressions and proper technique
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all students during practice and training sessions
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to athletes and parents
- Set up, inspect, and maintain gymnastics equipment to ensure a safe training environment
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with program goals
- Support and motivate students during recreational classes and competitive training
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a gymnastics instructor, coach, or competitive gymnast preferred
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals, progressions, and safety protocols
- USA Gymnastics (USAG) membership and safety certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain
- CPR and First Aid certification required, or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
- Positive, energetic, patient, and encouraging coaching demeanor
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed
