Qualifications:
- Automotive Finance Manager experience (2–3 years minimum) – REQUIRED (verified)
- Proven track record as a top performer
- Prior automotive sales experience (1–3 years)
- Luxury automotive background is a plus
- Strong understanding of lending, compliance, and DMV/title processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and closing skills
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities:
- Lead customers through the finance & insurance process with confidence and professionalism
- Present and sell warranty and protection products
- Ensure accurate, timely funding and paperwork processing
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and OEM partners
- Stay compliant with state and federal automotive regulations
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience (CSI-focused)
