A boutique family law firm in Johnstown is expanding and seeking an experienced family law attorney who has a sincere interest in helping people. Our firm is growing quickly and needs an associate who understands how to navigate family law system, and who understands what it means to provide outstanding customer service and creative solutions for our clients’ unique issues. 2 - 5 years of experience in family law preferred.
About the Position
We aren’t looking for an attorney to just sit in the office and draft pleadings. We need an experienced attorney who knows enough about family law to spot the issues, develop case strategy, help clients understand that strategy, and who knows how to execute that strategy in court. We need an attorney who can communicate that strategy to the court in well-written pleadings and motions and in well-articulated arguments. You will be in court often.
· The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate that you can interact well with emotionally-charged people in emotionally-charged situations.
· You must be the kind of person who will take initiative to research and learn relevant law to complete tasks without being told what to do.
· You must be able work independently to meet deadlines and use your time effectively and productively.
· Being comfortable with technology is essential to your success.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
