Job Title: Convenience Store Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our convenience store team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle various tasks such as processing transactions, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding products and providing product knowledge
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking shelves as needed
• Ensure the store premises are clean, tidy, and presentable
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Promote store promotions and upsell additional products or services
• Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
