Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator with a vibrant positive attitude to join our team! In this vital role, you will support the company Senior Executive with project management efforts by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring seamless execution of client campaigns. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help drive projects forward with energy and precision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate detailed multiple priority project assignments
- Assist in developing project timelines, tracking progress, and updating clients
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes promptly
- Manage multiple communication channels including email and social media
- Maintain accurate project documentation, files, and records using Microsoft Office
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Create various documents using excellent creativity and design
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management and administrative roles requiring strong organizational skills, attention to details, and technical competency
- Prior experience with marketing, events, or public relations is preferable
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media, and AI skills
- Excellent typing speed, data entry skill, proofreading, editing and document accuracy
- Graphic design skills using Canva and related programs
- Bachelors degree preferred or related experience
- Previous experience working with customers & clients requiring excellent oral and written communications skills, phone etiquette or possibly past work as a concierge or personal assistant is advantageous
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable with many online research projects
