Role Description This full-time Account Executive role is a hybrid position based in the Orlando, FL area, with a mix of in-office, field-based, and work-from-home responsibilities. The Account Executive will prospect, qualify, and close new business with restaurants, foodservice operations, and related commercial customers, while also managing and growing an assigned portfolio of existing accounts. Daily activities include conducting outbound calls and in-person visits, preparing and delivering sales presentations, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts aligned with company pricing and service standards. The role will collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to support smooth service implementation, resolve client issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. The Account Executive will track activity and pipeline in the CRM system, report on performance against sales targets, and stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs within the Orlando/Tampa market.

Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing, ideally in route-based services, waste/recycling, foodservice, or related industries.
- Strong account management capabilities, including relationship building, upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management with small to mid-sized business customers.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical or operational solutions in clear, customer-focused language.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a field territory, prioritize a sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Comfort with basic technology tools, including CRM software, email, virtual meeting platforms, and standard office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and willingness to travel regularly within the Orlando/Tampa market to visit customer sites.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Interest in or experience with sustainability, environmental services, or recycling is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
