Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Body Technician located in Lodi, CA. The Automotive Body Technician will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle body structures, performing collision repair tasks, and executing high-quality paint and refinishing work. Daily tasks will involve vehicle assessments, repair planning, welding, part replacement, painting, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Experience in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Proficiency in Collision and Auto Body repair techniques
- Knowledge of Paint application and refinishing processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repair guidelines and safety standards
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and operating machinery
- Experience with welding and metal repair is a plus
- ASE or I-CAR certification is preferred
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal
- Experience with cutting, buffing, and polishing
