This is a full-time, 4-day workweek position (10-hour days, Mon–Thurs, optional Friday overtime) working outdoors across Western Washington.
You will start as an Assistant Field Technician and be trained to quickly advance into higher-paying leadership roles.
Compensation
- $20–$25/hour starting pay
- $45,000–$85,000 annual income potential
- Performance bonuses, commissions, and tips
- Paid travel time, PTO, and holidays
Top performers advance quickly:
- Lead Technician: $25–$35 /hour
- Managing Technician: $35 /hour
What You’ll Be Doing
- Exterior home maintenance (windows, roofs, gutters, pressure washing) ● Ladder work and roof access
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Learning and selling our Home Care Plan

- Able to lift 90 lbs and handle ladders safely
