Lead Groomer Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional grooming services with quality and care
- Mentor and support fellow groomers
- Help maintain high grooming standards and client satisfaction
- Lead by example with professionalism and positivity
- Assist with training and creating an outstanding customer experience
Experienced Groomer Responsibilities
- Groom dogs safely and professionally according to breed standards and client requests
- Build lasting relationships with pet parents
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Professional grooming experience required
- Ability to groom a variety of breeds independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and dependable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred for mobile grooming)
