Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and privacy while ensuring optimal heat rejection and UV protection. Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking windows to ensure a flawless tint application.
• Measure and cut window tinting film accurately to fit various vehicle makes and models.
• Apply window tint films using specialized tools, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes with precise alignment.
• Use power tools and hand tools to remove or adjust existing window films or vehicle components as needed.
• Inspect completed work for quality control, making adjustments to achieve a perfect finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining the tinting process, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with auto glass installation, window tinting, or dealership service is required.
• Must know how to hand cut and use plotter.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and glass installation techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts or equipment safely during installation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety standards.
