Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mixologist who is passionate about both the art of cocktail creation and the world of fine cigars. This individual will play a key role in curating memorable experiences for our guests by pairing expertly crafted drinks with premium cigars, delivering service that reflects the Dapper D’s standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and serve high-quality, innovative cocktails that complement our cigar offerings.
- Maintain deep knowledge of cigar brands, blends, and pairings to provide expert recommendations to guests.
- Educate customers on cigar and spirit pairings, enhancing their overall lounge experience.
- Ensure the bar area is fully stocked, organized, and adheres to all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with management to design seasonal drink menus and special event features.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and upscale environment.
- Assist with cigar inventory management, storage, and humidification oversight.
- Uphold Dapper D’s Cigars’ brand image and guest experience at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional mixologist, bartender, or beverage specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktail crafting, and cigar pairings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Passion for the cigar industry and willingness to continually expand product knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Cigar lounge or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
