As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services using techniques such as barbering and hair threading.
- Performing specialized services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care as needed.
- Utilizing straight razors for precision cuts and styles.
- Assisting with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Mentoring junior staff members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth within the team.
- Engaging in upselling of products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon growth.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques.
- Familiarity with additional beauty services such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, or nail care is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
