Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by efficiently delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to guests at their tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest requests or concerns.
• Support the culinary team by restocking supplies and assisting with food preparation as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials to provide accurate information to guests.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, banquet service, and guest services is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
• A passion for culinary arts and hospitality that enhances the overall guest experience.
