About DAO Group
DAO Group is a Virginia Beach-based provider of enterprise mobility hardware and depot services, serving customers in distribution, warehousing, and logistics. We supply and support rugged mobile devices, scanners, and printers from industry-leading brands. We also develop proprietary software solutions for direct store delivery (DSD) distributors, including route accounting and driver delivery applications. We're growing across both sides of the business, and this role sits at the heart of our depot operations, keeping shipments moving accurately and on time.

- Communicate tracking information and assist customers with shipping inquiries
- Learn and navigate proprietary inventory and job-tracking systems
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong technical aptitude — comfortable learning new software and navigating digital systems quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience with FedEx Ship Manager or similar carrier software a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
