General Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License, Administrative Endorsement
- Designation of completion of ISBE Teacher Evaluator Modules preferred
- Minimum four years successful teaching experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and instructional leadership
- Demonstrated success in selecting, assigning, and evaluating staff
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead staff through curricular and structural change
- Appreciation for the resources of a culturally, academically, and ethnically diverse community

- Building Administrator
Terms of Employment
- 205-day position with salary and benefits to be determined by the Board of Education
