What are the responsibilities and job description for the Library Media Assistant position at Danville Elementary School?
Danville Elementary is seeking a library assistant that works in consultation with the media generalist. The preferred candidate will have knowledge of library organization and circulation practice and be familiar with young adult literature. Responsibilities include assisting students, cataloging resources and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will have experience in a school or public library and experience with students in a high school setting. Candidates must have a passion for books and reading and be able to communicate that excitement to the students.
Salary and Benefits per Timberlane Support Staff Union Agreement
