Danville Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Assistant Athletic Director to support the Head Athletic Director in managing and overseeing athletic programs and events. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of athletic activities that occur outside of regular school hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of athletic events, including games, tournaments, and practices.
- Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all facilities and equipment are prepared and maintained.
- Coordinate with coaches, officials, and visiting teams to ensure efficient event logistics.
- Monitor compliance with school, league, and KHSAA regulations.
- Help manage scheduling, communication, and updates for athletic teams and events.
- Serve as a representative of Danville Christian Academy at athletic events as a supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time, hourly position.
