What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Cafeteria Worker (Breakfast Shift) position at Danvers Public Schools?
- Part-Time Cafeteria Workers (Breakfast Shift)
- Reporting to Food Service Director
- To assist with a variety of cooking, preparing, and serving of food items for general consumption by students and school personnel in a food safe environment.
- To maintain facilities and equipment in safe and sanitary condition, and to maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Sufficient ability to read and write in English, and communicate effectively.
- Sufficient dexterity to use kitchen equipment.
- Sufficient strength to lift, move, and carry heavy objects - a maximum of 40 pounds.
- Must be able to tolerate extreme cold temperatures and extreme hot temperatures.
- Ability to travel between schools as needed.
- Physical, mental, and emotional stamina to endure fast paced conditions.
- Basic kitchen operations and food preparation.

This is a 3.5 hour/day position.
