We are seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC press brakes to bend light-gauge stainless steel components according to blueprints and specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Translate blueprint information into accurate machine setups.
- Use calipers, machinist squares, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor maintenance.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and programming CNC press brakes.
· Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC press brakes, specifically bending light-gauge material.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
· Program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes (experience with Cincinnati brakes and controls is a plus).
· Experience using calipers, machinist squares, and other precision measuring instruments.
· Experience with Cincinnati brakes and controls is a plus.
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
