Key Responsibilities
Project & Team Management:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, testers, and data teams.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with business requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Architect and oversee development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Guide integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.
- Mentor and support Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in Salesforce development and project management.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- 3 years of experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, PMP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing concepts.
