We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Tech/Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the HCM Helpdesk module. This role is critical in delivering high-quality HCM solutions, improving HR service delivery, and enhancing employee experience.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Tech/Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the HCM Helpdesk module. This role is critical in delivering high-quality HCM solutions, improving HR service delivery, and enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, configuration & support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Helpdesk)
- Gather requirements & translate business needs into technical/functional solutions
- Configure and optimize Helpdesk workflows, case management & service requests
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and production support
- Create functional specs, documentation & user guides
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Conduct training sessions & post-go-live support
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud enhancements & best practices
- 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Mandatory: At least 1 implementation of Oracle HCM Helpdesk
- Strong understanding of HR processes & service delivery models
- Experience with Oracle Cloud configurations, integrations & reporting
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications
- Experience with Core HR / Talent modules
- Agile methodology exposure
- Experience working with global teams
- Work on cutting-edge Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
