About the Role:

As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll be an essential part of our team, delivering high-quality medical and surgical care to pets while building lasting relationships with clients. You’ll enjoy variety in your caseload, supported by experienced technicians and fellow DVMs who collaborate to provide comprehensive, thoughtful care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries in small animals
• Performing routine and advanced surgical procedures
• Conducting wellness exams and educating pet owners on preventive care
• Utilizing advanced diagnostics and imaging tools
• Maintaining accurate, timely medical records
• Following safety and infection control protocols, including quarantine/testing procedures when necessary

• Compassionate and client-centered, with a strong commitment to animal welfare
• Skilled and confident in clinical decision-making
• A clear, respectful communicator with clients and team members
• Proficient in diagnostics, surgical procedures, and current veterinary technology
• Open to continued learning and mentorship
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation and extended hours as needed
