Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist lead technician with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Learn proper use of tools, testing equipment, and materials
- Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and local codes
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers
- Complete required training and certifications
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in the HVAC trade
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
- Clean, professional appearance
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
- Obtain RMGA and EPA certification
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass a background check
