Overview
The Roustabout supports oil and gas field operations by performing general labor and maintenance duties. This position assists with the installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, pipelines, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with general oilfield site support and maintenance
Perform light equipment operation and manual labor as needed
Support fluid transfers, site clean-up, and other routine operational tasks
Safely operate hand tools and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Work alongside field operators and technicians to ensure efficient site operations
Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- 1 year of oilfield experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean driving required.
Physically able to perform labor-intensive work in varying outdoor conditions
Strong teamwork, communication, and dependability
Previous oilfield or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR check, and fit for duty/agility test.
