Overview
The Logistics Coordinator II will serve as a WellView Trainer responsible for supporting drilling and completions operations by providing field and office training, maintaining data quality, and ensuring consistent use of WellView applications across all teams. This role requires a strong understanding of drilling/completions workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple training and data initiatives.
Responsibilities
Conduct WellView training for field and office personnel; provide ongoing user support.
Develop and maintain training materials, quick reference guides, and documentation using departmental templates.
Support all regions with WellView functionality questions, new data standards, and troubleshooting.
Maintain spreadsheets tracking new hire training progress.
Perform data quality control (QC) on WellView entries including costs, phases, and schematics.
Conduct daily training with Operations Technicians and facilitate D&C office training at LCO.
Perform ad-hoc WellView data pulls and support recurring data initiatives.
Assist in maintaining standardized libraries, UDL (User Defined Lists) updates, and recurring cost initiatives.
Collaborate with the Analyst Group to review functional requirements and modify reports/training materials accordingly.
Provide 24/7 WellView support and limited IT backup as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a closely related logistics, operations, or WellView training role.
Strong knowledge of drilling and completions operations and WellView applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally.
High initiative with a commitment to improving business results and data quality.
Strong computer proficiency, particularly in data and reporting tools.
Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to callouts when required.
Comfortable interacting in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
