The Junior Account Manager will support the Account Management team by assisting with client communications, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring service quality within the oil and gas sector. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to grow in a client-facing environment.
Responsibilities- Assist senior account managers in managing day-to-day client communication and service delivery
- Respond to routine client inquires and escalate issues as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand client needs and align company services to meet those requirements
- Coordinate internally with operations, recruiting, and support teams to ensure service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records in CRM or account management tools
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management experience required (preferably in oil and gas).
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites if needed.
