Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerk to support our team in Broussard, LA. This position will assist with a variety of administrative, clerical, and general facility duties to help ensure smooth daily operations.

• 
  Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

• Assist with reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.

• Assist with day-to-day facility needs and tasks as assigned.

• Organize and maintain documents, files, and records.

• Support team members with additional duties as needed.

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus, but not required.
