Assistant Manager
We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our Taco Bell team! This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, leading the team, and helping drive overall store performance.
As a Taco Bell Assistant General Manager, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly while supporting team development and delivering a great customer experience.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and overall store performance
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards
- Monitor store performance and assist in achieving sales and operational goals
- Support hiring, training, and ongoing team development
What we’re looking for:
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach, train, and develop a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
