The dates of our 2027 Program will be May 31, 2027– August 6, 2027.
- You will be tasked with a multi-part project, focused on focused on analytics, strategy, and creative. The projects will vary by brand but will give you a good example of what a job in brand is like.
- You will be leading and interfacing with cross-functional teams to execute all aspects of your project.
- You will drive brand value by utilizing basic consumer insight principles.
- You will contribute to marketing initiatives including media, promotions, digital, packaging, new product launches, and the management of agency partners
- You will assist in financial analysis, competitive analysis, pricing analysis and category analysis. Identifying key trends and brand implications. Works with key decision tools and information sources.
- You will assist in development and execution of brand product strategy and plans for product line(s).
- You will be contributing to the development of consistent brand plans to build brand equity as a means of attaining volume goals and long-term profit growth.

About You
- You will be currently enrolled in an MBA program with a graduation date in or after May 2028
- You preferably have 3 years of prior work experience in a corporate environment
- You will have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will have strong, proven potential leadership and collaboration skills
- You will have proven analytical and project management skills
- You may have prior experience in CPG
