QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Forklift and Warehouse Operations; Flexibility with schedule to assist in overtime coverage.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required; minimum of two (2) years Forklift certified experience required in a fast-paced warehouse environment; Forklift related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The warehouse/forklift operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count product. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.
- Receiving/Put-Away; unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
- Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas
- Quality; Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
- Order Picking; Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring accuracy of orders pulled, is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
- Equipment; Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift.
- Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
- Complete daily inspection of equipment
- Ensure proper stock rotation
- Complete and submit daily paperwork as required
- Use Radio-frequency equipment for receive, putaway, and load functions as required (SAP)
- Conduct cycle counts, assist in replenishment of stock in pick locations
- Dispose of boxes manually when needed
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety; comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
- Forklift certified
- Maintain a clean work area through daily sanitation and/or operation of the Tennant Floor scrubber as needed.
- Others task as assigned
