- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and visually appealing
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves and participating in product merchandising efforts
