Duties
- Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks and courier vans to deliver food orders across designated routes.
- Follow optimized delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing friendly service and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Verify order accuracy and complete delivery documentation accurately.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks before and after shifts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services with a strong focus on route driving efficiency.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
driver certification is a plus. - Knowledge of traffic laws, safety protocols, and best practices for heavy vehicle operation.
