Job Duties:

As a Video Monitoring Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams.
- Observe live and recorded video feeds from security cameras to detect suspicious activities
- Report incidents
- Ensure the safety and security of individuals and property

Requirements:
Qualified Video Monitoring Agents shall meet the following general & physical requirements.
Qualified Video Monitoring Agents shall meet the following general & physical requirements.
General:
- Must be age 18 years of age or older to apply REQUIRED
- Level 2 Security License preferred
- TWIC Card preferred
- Prior experience preferred
- Be observant and have attention to detail
- Capable of using technology. (Computer, multi-line phone) Must have proficient, computer and typing skills.
- Able and resilient in responding to changing schedules
- Sense of urgency, initiative, and follow-through
- Desire to work in a team environment in a growing company
- Able to think proactively and respond appropriately to changing requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to proficiently speak, read & write English
- Must be employment eligible based on background requirements to include criminal background check, clean MVR, health/drug screen
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
