Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Build with precision by installing track and studs (14–20 gauge)

• Put your laser level and power tool skills to work

• Cut, hang and finish drywall with accuracy and efficiency

• Read specs and pull measurements to ensure everything is on point

• Stay prepared by planning your work and bringing the right tools to the job

• Share your know-how by helping train and mentor others when needed

• Pitch in during hiring and onboarding processes

• Keep communication strong and teamwork at the center of the jobsite

• Take part in site meetings, contributing your ideas and expertise to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications

• Strong math skills to calculate materials and measurements

• Consistent practice of safety and health regulations

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with drywall
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Have reliable transportation

Working Conditions:

Work is often performed outside under any type of weather conditions.  Exposure to varying degrees/amounts of heat, cold, dust, dampness, ice, precipitation and mud.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to: Climb and maintain balance on scaffolds and ladders; use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects and materials; lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds repetitively to meet the physical demands of our industry.  Stand or walk, stoop kneel crouch and crawl for long periods of time must have acceptable vision (either naturally or with correction)
