We're under New Management and we are looking for Experienced Automotive Sales Consultants.
The Opportunity
As an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll drive new-vehicle volume, gross, and customer satisfaction by guiding buyers from first contact through delivery. You'll manage the full retail process with accuracy, urgency, and integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage showroom and lot traffic, qualify needs, and present vehicles and options
- Coordinate test drives and ensure proper identification per process
- Write complete sales orders and submit compliant paperwork; turn all deals to F&I with required docs
- Maintain prospecting and owner follow-up systems to build repeat and referral business
- Stay current on products, features, equity/values, and applicable federal, state, and local laws
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of automotive sales experience preferred
- State sales license and valid driver license
- Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills

Salary : $63,330 - $94,996
