- Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals
- Lead contract negotiations and manage multi-region agreements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and service
- Monitor KPIs, compliance, and sustainability metrics; conduct quarterly business reveiws
- Provide education and best practices for waste management and infection control
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Travel regularly (40–60%) to strengthen relationships and oversee implementations
- 5 years in healthcare account management, preferably with IDNs or national accounts
- Proven success managing multi-region accounts and driving strategic growth
- Experience leading teams
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver operational excellence
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data reporting tools
