Medical Waste Containers - Loader - Unloader (5:30AM start) - 5869

We are looking to hire a hardworking and motivated Loader/Unloader for our Daniels’ medical waste transfer station in Indianapolis, IN who will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and assist in the packing of customer orders. They will also prepare and pack outgoing customer orders for transport, in addition to moving trucks and taking care of housekeeping duties.

• Previous experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job (repetitive lifitng of 50lbs to 75lb containers!!)


• Someone willing to work hard and fast (this is our go-to person for ensuring all transports are prepared in a timely manner for our next load)


• Weigh incoming sharps and regulated medical waste containers (using our Weighbridge)


• Drive a forklift and operate hand trucks once trained


• Lifting 55lbs and push a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs


• Provide attention to detail, especially with the paperwork required to process these items


• Standing for extended periods of time happily and comfortably


• Working well with a team because we are all about team work! 

• Someone with a can-do attitude who is committed to efficient, timely scheduling that has previous experience in a labor-intensive job. A person with proven longevity with their employers that we can rely on
