Are you looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We are seeking a motivated Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team in Racine, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical equipment, and learning new skills in a fast-paced production environment.
In this role, you'll operate and monitor our blow molding equipment, help ensure high-quality products are produced, and work closely with our Maintenance Technician to learn machine setup, color changes, tooling changes, and basic machine adjustments. \n- Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to produce quality products that meet specifications
- Trim excess material from molded products
- Regrind scrap material and non-conforming parts for reuse in the manufacturing process
- Assist with machine color changes and tooling changeovers
- Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor machine performance during production runs
- Weigh finished products to verify quality and machine accuracy
- Assemble products by inserting metal components into plastic parts using punch press equipment
- Safely hand-feed metal components into production equipment
- Package finished products for shipment
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
- Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
