Daniels Health seeks an exceptional billing analyst to ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop accounting and finance experience in a fast-paced, dynamic company. The selected person will be enthusiastic, hard-working, promotable, and team oriented.

Daniels is a large international business with operations across Australia, South Africa, United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Operational activities include transport, manufacturing and distribution of products, and the treatment of healthcare waste. Daniels is a highly recognized brand in the healthcare space and due to the growth of the Company is looking to grow the billing team.

What you will do

·           Timely and accurately process customer invoices for services performed and accessories sold, as well as invoices involving complex billing structures involving multiple entities.

·           Identify and process billing adjustments in a timely manner.

·           Gather and summarize supplemental billing information to accommodate customer billing requirements.

·           Work directly with customers to provide summary reporting on a monthly basis.

·           Analyze customer contracts and system setup to ensure billing accuracy and determine the need for adjustments.

·           Monitor customer phone call and email queue, including answering and addressing billing-related customer questions and/or complaints associated with invoicing.

·           Create Salesforce Work tickets/cases and forward to applicable departments if unable to address Customer questions.

·           Provide timely customer service to customers via phone and email.

·           Collaborate with collections, sales, and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions.

Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications

·       Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience considered  

·       Intermediate Excel skills 

·       Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

·       Sharp eye for detail 

·       Proficient data entry skills; high number of words per minute 

·       Ability to use numerous softwares at any given point

·       Easy to adopt change
