Position Summary
The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality professional talent for the firm. This individual will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for experienced hires while also leading and expanding the firm’s campus recruiting program. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, relationship-oriented, and experienced in recruiting within professional services environments.
Key Responsibilities
Experienced Hire Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional-level positions across the firm
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding activities
Campus Recruiting & University Relations
- Lead the firm’s campus recruiting efforts for internships and entry-level hires
- Develop and maintain relationships with career services offices, professors, student organizations, and faculty at targeted universities
- Represent the firm at campus events, career fairs, networking events, and information sessions
- Coordinate internship recruiting, interview schedules, and campus engagement activities
- Collaborate with firm leadership and staff to increase campus visibility and brand awareness
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on campus recruiting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within professional services, accounting, consulting, legal, or financial services environments
- Experience managing campus recruiting programs and university partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within a public accounting firm
- Familiarity with internship and entry-level accounting recruiting cycles
- Knowledge of CPA-track recruiting and accounting talent markets
