IMMEDIATE OPENING
This is a technician/customer facing role. The right candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry and can demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. This position serves as the primary communicator between field service technicians, our customers and our customer care department. A strong sense of commitment to overall customer satisfaction and the desire to work in a TEAM environment is a MUST Superior communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude are critical for success in this role. Former service technicians welcome Will train the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· In-depth working knowledge of all service operation roles, including service dispatch, service installation, scheduling and billing.
· Collaborate daily and as needed with the Service Manager regarding any potential issues ensuring clear communication and efficiency.
· Creates, implements and follows through on all service operation strategies to maximize productivity and Company profitability.
· Reviews service schedule on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and implements changes to enhance productivity.
· Manages customer follow-up to insure satisfaction, including daily calls, weekend calls and estimates.
· Assists with non-technical problem resolutions and when required, personally handles customer complaints, problems and inquires.
· Continually develops methods to increase efficiency and productivity.
· Experience in Flat Rate billing a plus.
· Proficient in working with Smart phones/tablets
· Professional, clean cut and drug free.
· Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
